Welcome to BloomMarks. By using our platform you accept the following terms.

1. Service

BloomMarks is a SaaS platform for beauty salon management. We provide tools for booking, inventory management, CRM, financial tracking and client communication.

2. Account

You must be of legal age to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account may be operated by only one legal or natural person.

3. Subscription and payment

Prices are listed on the /pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Non-payment within 7 days of expiry results in account suspension.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid period, then becomes read-only for 30 days.

5. Data

Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We store data on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany) in compliance with GDPR.

6. Limitation of liability

BloomMarks provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Disclaimer

If anything about this application, service, or terms does not suit you, please do not use the application and leave the website. By using the platform you confirm that you have read and accepted all stated terms.
